I have been using UPS for these deliveries, but I am thinking something has not been working properly in the last year. Packages are collected later than expected or delivered on a different date. While there might be several reasons for a delay, even if an explanation is not provided the bare minimum would be to communicate in a timely manner the changes so that people can organize. Being a pick up-delivery service, the sender needs to organize to be there for the pick up, just like the receiver needs to be there to receive the delivery. One of the reasons I choose to pay the double compared to other carriers is for the reliability and the speed of the delivery. If this comes to falter and communication is also lacking, what is left? I cannot know what is causing the delays, and I am not sure where the problem is in the process, if it's UPS or if it's truckpooling or both, what I know is that this is not the level of service expected, and I can confirm that during the last year the timelines provided as reference when choosing the service are not respected. I was supposed to have already received the packages by now since it has been a week since I placed the order but they are not even picked up yet and all this without any communication. At this point this service has become a big disappointment.

Il corriere mi ha richiesto un supplemento da pagare dopo tre mesi dalla spedizione perchè secondo lui il pacco era più voluminoso di quello che io avevo misurato, sono sicuro che le mie misure erano corrette, ma il corriere mi ha bloccato l'account, fino a che non ho saldato l'importo a differenza secondo lui dovuto.
